When we select a worker as Employee of the month, we would like someone that truly represents the values of distinction we like to see in our employees. 

The June 2016 Employee of the month is committed to quality in carrying out his work.  He has the initiative and drive we love to see in our employees.  He always willing to work beyond his normal eight hours a day, and he has one of the best attitudes seen in any of our employees.

ng, it is both a privilege and an honor to recognize Coy Fitzhugh as Benton Utilities June 2016 Employee of the Month.  Coy came to work in the Water Distribution Department in October of 2013.  He is one of the most dependable employees we have in all of the utility departments.  He started as a utility worker but quickly moved up into an operator’s position.  Coy obtained his commercial driver’s license and Class 3 distribution license well ahead of the required time frame.  He also wanted to be put on-call as soon as possible after getting his CDL.  Coy has been called at all hours of the night and on his weekend off, and he is always ready to help in any way possible.  Dewayne has even gone to his house at 6 AM on Saturday morning to ask him to work, which he did without hesitation.  As you can see, his work ethic is unsurpassed and not easily rivaled.  He hasn’t ever been late that we can recall, and he is normally here at 5:30 or so well ahead of his start time of 7 AM.  He truly epitomized the qualities we love to see in our employees.
