Freeze Precautions

Water crew is on-site on Boardwalk where an 8" water main has ruptured. They are opening and closing valves to isolate the issue, so customers on Westminster and Westshore should have water back on within an hour. Customers on Boardwalk from the Bridge and eastward will remain off while necessary repairs are made, estimate is 5-6 hours currently.

REMINDER: Planned Electrical Outage

Water Crews are working on an issue affecting the Brownwood Subdivision down to King Rd. where customers are without water. They are trying to isolate the issue and get as much water as possible restored ASAP. No estimate at this time.

Benton Utilities wants to notify residents and businesses in our area of a scam going on.  An unknown person is calling utility customers identifying themselves as your utility company stating you have a credit on your account and they need your bank card number or bank account number to transfer the funds to their bank account.

The boil order that was issued on Sunday for the Hurricane Lake Estates area has been lifted by the AR Dept. of Health.

Hurricane Lake Estates Area Customer Request - The water dept. is finishing up the repair they’ve made in the Hurricane Lake Estates, Milan, S. Shoreline Blvd. and side streets, Sungate Subdivision, The Point Subdivision areas overnight which are now under a boil order.
